We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at litgangcollection@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you based on current stock availability.

Sale Items Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve it promptly at no extra cost to you.
